Manasa and her elder sister live with her maternal grandmother’s family. The family’s source of income is daily wages and there is no male support to the family. Manasa has no support from her Father. Now it is becoming very difficult for their family to provide good food and clothes. So there is no question of providing quality education by the family. Our two hour interaction with her left us an impression that she is intelligent and will not give up so easily. Even the school teacher said that she is one of the merit students of the school.
